• Usage of handheld (SFA) device correctly
• Products are sold at the correct price to the outlet
• Communicate on the benefits, features & profit story of the products.
• Ensure that the VSR is visiting the right stores at the right frequency.
• Conversant with the market, all the stores, customers & routes
• Communicates the RSP as per the principal recommendations
• Effective Communication & implementation of the promos to the outlet
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the POSM & adhering to the planogram for the visibility of the
products in the outlets
• Adhere to the must-stock list SKUs as per the principal standards.
