Visit retail outlets and customers according to designated routes.

Ensure products are available and visible in all assigned outlets.
Communicate product benefits, promotions, and pricing to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Operate and update sales transactions using handheld/SFA devices.
Monitor stock levels and ensure adherence to the must-stock product list.
Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly while carrying out sales activities.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: GHS 1,500 (Net)
Commission: 1% on achievement of monthly sales targets
Incentives: Average monthly earnings can reach up to GHS 3,000 based on performance!
