Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them with locating products, and provide product information to drive sales.Sales & Transactions: Process payments using cash or Point of Sale (POS) systems, handle transactions, and balance the cash register at the end of the day.Stock Management: Restock shelves, unpack deliveries, arrange products attractively, and monitor inventory to report shortages or expired items.Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, aisles, and checkout areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
