Seeking Salesperson at Ralph’S Furniture

Identify and approach potential customers to promote company products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve sales performance. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate leads. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Proven experience as a Salesperson, Sales Representative, or similar sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Customer-focused with a professional and friendly attitude. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is an advantage. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Basic mathematical and analytical skills for preparing quotations and reports. Knowledge of sales techniques and market trends. Valid driver's license (if the role involves field sales and travel).

At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
