Responsibilities
*1. Take care of customers and sell correctly*
Greet every mother nicely, ask baby's age/size, show correct diaper size, clothes, lotion. Explain how to use baby products, check expiry date, give correct change, pack goods neatly, thank customer.
*2. Keep shop clean and stock arranged*
Sweep shop every morning, arrange baby clothes by size and color, arrange diapers and creams neatly on shelves, check stock — tell madam what is finished, make sure no expired products, no dust on bottles.
Simple: Sell well + Keep shop neat.
Requirements & Skills
Experience selling in shop / supermarket / baby shop is advantage
- Knows baby sizes (0-3 months, 3-6 months etc), knows diaper sizes
- Can work full time — 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, can work under pressure when market is busy
Minimum Qualification Requirements
BECE / JHS graduate — must be able to read, write, and do basic maths for money and stock.
