Responsibilities

Visit private schools and families in your area. Demo SkuulLink, the school-to-parent app, to head teachers and book 14-day free trials. Sign families and teachers for Kwikly Tutors (SAT, WASSCE, BECE and Twi tutoring). Follow up with every school until it signs and pays. Log your visits and deals in the Rayden staff app and send a short daily report.

Requirements & Skills

Confident speaker in English and Twi or another local language. Comfortable visiting schools and talking to owners and head teachers. Smartphone with WhatsApp and data. Organised, honest and self-motivated. Sales, teaching or school experience is a plus but not required. Full paid training is provided.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

SHS certificate (WASSCE) at minimum. Diploma or degree is welcome but not required.

Rayden is hiring Field Sales Executives across Ghana to grow SkuulLink, the school-to-parent app for private schools, and Kwikly Tutors. Pay: GHS 1,200 monthly base fee plus GHS 400 transport (GHS 600 in Greater Accra), plus 15% commission on every school that signs and pays, plus Kwikly referral bonuses. Earn GHS 3,000+ a month when you sign 4 schools. Independent contractor, one-year renewable agreement, 4 days a week, you choose your hours. Full paid training.
