Responsibilities
* Promote MTN Fibre Broadband services to customers
* Educate customers on fibre broadband benefits and packages
* Identify homes and offices within fibre coverage areas
* Assist customers with registration and onboarding
* Meet assigned sales targets
* Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements & Skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Sales experience is an added advantage
* Ability to work in the field and engage customers confidently
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Minimum of SHS education
Minimum Qualification Requirements
* Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) Certificate
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to speak English and at least one local language
* Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage
* Must be confident engaging customers in the field
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps
* Must be willing to work within assigned fibre coverage areas
* Candidates living within fibre-covered communities will have an added advantage
* Age: 18 years and above
Minimum Experience
1 year
* This role is commission-based.
* Earnings depend on the number of fibre broadband accounts activated monthly.
* The more successful customer activations completed, the higher the monthly income.
* High-performing agents have the opportunity to earn attractive monthly commissions and incentives.
