Commission Sales Mini Lead

As a Commission Sales Mini Lead, your role will require you to lead a team of 5 executives, scout for leads and convert these leads into sales and provide sales training and assistance to the team. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by selling company products and services to a list of new, existing and potential clients. Duties: - Manage a team of 5 offline agents - Achieve the set targets (own and team) - Provide team with practical sales training - Open/Acquisition of new accounts for business owners - Make Sales by selling of premium packages - Assist in the use and navigation of the Jiji App to new and old Users

- 1 year of experience in sales or previous experience in field sales work - Confidence and desire to make money - Technology application savvy - Effective communication skills
