1. *Meet Sales Targets*: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets for assigned territory by selling company products/services to new and existing customers.
2. *Manage Territory & Accounts*: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients. Conduct regular outlet visits per route plan.
3. *Drive Growth*: Prospect new accounts, increase shelf share, and upsell/cross-sell products to grow customer spend and market share.
4. *Ensure Product Availability*: Check stock levels, expiry dates, and product display. Place orders and coordinate with delivery to prevent stock-outs.
5. *Collect Market Intelligence*: Report competitor activity, pricing changes, promotions, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategy.
6. *Handle Reporting & Collections*: Submit accurate daily sales reports via CRM. Follow up on deliveries, manage customer payments, and keep accounts within credit limits.
Requirements & Skills
1. *Experience*: 1-3 years field sales/territory sales experience, preferably in FMCG, telecom, banking, insurance, or retail.
2. *Location*: Must reside in/around and be willing to work in assigned territory.
3. Must be comfortable with daily field work/route travel.
