Responsibilities
Team Management: Responsible for the daily management, attendance tracking, training, optimization of sales scripts, and mentoring of new employees in the sales team. Establish a standardized sales.
Performance Coordination: Set monthly/quarterly sales targets, break down tasks, and monitor progress to ensure the achievement of overall store sales volume and profit.
Requirements & Skills
