Daily Responsibilities;
1. Customer Engagement
• Greet walk-in customers and respond to online or phone inquiries.
• Answer questions about vehicle features, pricing, and availability.
2. Vehicle Presentation
• Show and explain cars to customers, including test drives.
• Highlight key selling points such as fuel efficiency, technology, or safety.
3. Sales Follow-Up
• Follow up with leads, previous visitors, and potential buyers.
• Stay informed about all vehicles in stock (new and used), pricing, and promotions.
• Learn updates on EVs, hybrids, or any new models arriving.
• Report daily activities and progress to the team leader.
6. Showroom & Online Maintenance
• Help update photos, prices, and listings on Facebook, TikTok, or websites.
7. Professional Conduct
• Represent the company brand (Eko-Drive) professionally.
