For industrial use, look for an auto-darkening filter (ADF) with adjustable shade—commonly DIN 9–13—and compliance with applicable standards such as EN 175 for welding face/eye protection and EN 379 for automatic welding filters. Depending on the market/model, ANSI/ISEA Z87.1 may also apply.
