Mall Attendant Needed for Employment

• Attend to customers politely and assist them with inquiries • Guide customers to shops, sections, or services within the mall • Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas • Monitor customer movement and report any suspicious activity • Assist in crowd control during busy hours or events • Ensure mall rules and safety guidelines are followed • Help customers with basic directions, parking, or facility use • Report lost items, damages, or emergencies to management • Support shop owners and management when needed • Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at all times

• Minimum of basic education (JHS/SHS or equivalent) • Must be physically fit and active • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends • Good personal hygiene and neat appearance • Good communication and customer service skills • Ability to work well with others (teamwork) • Problem-solving and basic decision-making skills • Ability to remain calm under pressure
