Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about our Greek yogurt products, and provide recommendations to ensure a delightful customer experience.
Sales & Ordering: Take customer orders accurately, upsell products when appropriate, and manage transactions smoothly.
Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and display areas. Restock yogurt cups and supplies as needed.
Inventory & Reporting: Keep track of daily stock levels and assist with basic daily sales records.
