Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff during assigned shifts. Ensure excellent customer service, proper POS use, accurate sales and cash handling, stock control, food portioning and cleanliness. Ensure employees follow company procedures and report any stock, cash or operational discrepancies to management.
Requirements & Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills. Honest, reliable and highly responsible. Good customer service and organizational skills. Must be comfortable supervising staff, handling cash and stock, and using a POS system. Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
SHS certificate or higher. Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail or customer-service experience preferred. Supervisory experience is a strong advantage.
