I’m hiring a cook I need someone that already knows what they want to cook all day you’re in charge of setting the menu And I need to see proof of your dishes that you made before Skills is what matters to me most not looks I need someone that already knows what to do in this field doesn’t need coaching teaching no newbies Also need you to manage the whole store I won’t be around but will have everything set up for you to work Just because I won’t be around, doesn’t mean I won’t send someone to check in on you to make sure that you’re doing the job I’m paying you for so keep that in mind
