Responsibilities
Plan, design, and set up event decorations (funerals).
Work with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life.
Select and arrange flowers, fabrics, lighting, backdrops, and other décor elements.
Ensure timely setup and takedown of all decorations.
Maintain professionalism, respect, and sensitivity to clients’ needs (especially in funerals).
Manage decoration inventory and supplies.
Requirements & Skills
Prior experience in event decoration, floristry, or interior design (preferred).
Strong creativity and an eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Teamwork and good communication skills.
Physically able to lift and arrange décor items.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Must be reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings.
Strong commitment to high-quality work and client satisfaction.
