Responsibilities
1. Remove trash, soiled linens, and dishes from rooms.
2. Make beds with fresh linens and replace towels.
3. Restock guest room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and coffee.
4. Guest service and communication
5. Respond to guest inquiries and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements & Skills
1.Providing a polite and professional demeanor to interact with guests and respond to their needs.
2.Clearly and politely communicating with guests and other staff to report issues and address requests.
3.The ability to handle issues that may arise, such as guest complaints or maintenance problems.
4.Respecting guest privacy and handling their belongings with care.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Shs,,Hnd,diploma and degree certificates needed
Minimum Experience
2 years
