Responsibilities
Participate in approximately 15 days of practical gaming operations training in Tema. Learn the required game procedures, maps, operational methods and performance standards. Complete assigned gaming tasks accurately and efficiently. Follow training instructions and studio procedures. Successful trainees may be selected as Gaming Coaches and will help train new participants, supervise basic gaming operations, monitor performance and maintain daily operational records.
Requirements & Skills
Must be 18 years or older and currently living in Accra or able to travel from Accra to Tema during the training period. Must be disciplined, punctual, reliable and willing to learn. Basic gaming experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable using smartphones and mobile games for extended periods. Good communication skills, ability to follow instructions and willingness to work in a team are required. Serious applicants who can attend the full training period will be prioritised.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
SHS or higher. No specific degree required. Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions and demonstrate good discipline is more important than academic background.
