Guide students through "Business Simulation" games and investment exercises.
Manage online learning tools and engage parents on student progress.
Foster a high-energy, "Millionaire Mindset" environment.
Requirements & Skills
Dynamic communicator: ability to keep 7-year-olds engaged and 12-year-olds challenged.
Financial knowledge: deep understanding of budgeting, basic investing, and the ghanaian financial landscape (momo, banking, ghana stock exchange basics).
Tech savvy: comfortable using zoom, google classroom, and educational apps.
Mentorship heart: a genuine desire to see children break the cycle of poverty.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Finance, Business, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience teaching or mentoring children (Sunday School, Vacation Camp, or Classroom).
Knowledge of entrepreneurship (having your own side-business is a huge plus!)
