Requirements & Skills
A minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required. Prior experience in administrative roles, Travel & Tour, or Executive assistance is a plus. Experience helps in understanding workplace procedures and handling responsibilities effectively. Must have good communication and understanding skills, must have a good understanding of general office operations, including filing systems, documentation, record-keeping, and administrative workflows. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
