Supervise daily operations on the floor; ensure great customer service.
Assign and monitor staff tasks, breaks, and shift handovers.
Open/close procedures; cash till checks and daily reconciliation.
Track game/room bookings; time management and queue control.
Handle customer issues professionally; escalate when needed.
Stock counts for consoles, controllers, headsets & merchandise; raise restock needs.
Keep logs: incidents, maintenance, outages, and lost & found.
Prepare simple reports (sales, shifts) for management.
Support office admin: filing, letters, vendor follow-ups, errands.
Coordinate cleaning standards, safety checks, and basic POS updates.
