An X-ray film processor is a machine used in medical imaging departments to develop exposed X-ray films so that the hidden image created by X-rays becomes visible and permanent.
It performs the chemical processing steps automatically and in a controlled way, saving time and ensuring consistent film quality.
Main Functions
1. Developing – The film passes through developer chemicals that reduce the exposed silver halide crystals to metallic silver, forming the black parts of the image.
2. Fixing – Fixer chemicals remove the unexposed silver halide, making the image permanent and light-safe.
3. Washing – Rinses the film to remove residual chemicals.
4. Drying – Warm air dries the film so it can be handled and stored.
P.s:- Delivery is typically completed within two to three business days from the date of purchase.
