An X-ray darkroom safe light is a special low-intensity lamp used in an X-ray film darkroom to give enough light for staff to see while handling X-ray films without exposing or fogging the film.
Key Features
Filtered light: The lamp has a special filter (usually a red or deep amber glass/plastic filter) that only allows wavelengths of light that X-ray film is not sensitive to.
Low intensity: The light is dim enough so it will not affect the unprocessed film even after several minutes.
Positioning: Typically mounted at least about 1–1.5 m above the working surface to further reduce the risk of fogging.
P.s:- Delivery is typically completed within two to three business days from the date of purchase.
