1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Must be physically fit and able to work in a factory environment
3. Must be hardworking and reliable
4. Must be willing to work Monday–Friday
5. Previous factory experience is an advantage
1. Ability to operate machinery

3. Ability to work as part of a team
4. Good time-management skills
5. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Minimum Qualification Requirements
1. Minimum of SHS/WASSCE certificate
2. Basic ability to read and write
3. Previous factory experience is an advantage
