Responsibilities
* Responsible for packaging and sealing milk biscuit products according to company standards.
* Responsible for inspecting products to ensure quality and food safety requirements are met.
* Responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment efficiently and safely.
* Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production environment.
* Responsible for assisting in the storage, loading, and distribution of finished products.
Requirements & Skills
Must possess good communication and teamwork skills.
* Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods during working hours.
* Must have the ability to follow instructions and comply with workplace safety regulations.
* Must demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work day or night shifts as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
* Minimum of JHS Certificate (BECE) or equivalent qualification.
* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
* Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not required.
