Responsibilities
* Assist with production and operate machines when required.
* Pack, label, and arrange finished products properly.
* Inspect products for quality and defects.
* Keep the production area clean and organized.
* Follow workplace safety and hygiene procedures.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
* Work effectively with other staff members.
* Maintain punctuality and good attendance.

* Previous factory or production experience is an advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
* Minimum qualification: BECE, WASSCE/SSCE or equivalent.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Ability to read and write basic English.
* Must be physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
* No previous factory experience required for entry-level positions.
* Previous production or factory experience is an added advantage.
