Responsibilities
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
Prepare raw materials for production.
Assemble, process, package, and label products.
Check products for quality and report defects.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Handle materials and equipment properly.
Record production quantities and report issues to supervisors.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of basic education
Ability to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Willingness to follow interactions.Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.

Time-management and punctuality.
Basic problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
JHS / SHS certificate (some accept BECE)
- 18 years and above
- Physically fit - you will stand for long hours and lift crates
- Can read and write basic English
- Ghana Card
- Willing to work shifts / weekends
Minimum Experience
less than 1 year
Operating and monitoring factory machines and equipment.
Assembling, processing, or packaging products.
Checking products for quality and defects.
Loading, unloading, and moving materials.
Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
Following health and safety procedures.
Meeting daily production targets.
Reporting equipment problems or safety issues to supervisors.
Working effectively with other team members.
