Factory Workers Needed

1. Production & Operation* - Operate machines and equipment safely and correctly - Assemble, pack, or sort products on the production line - Meet daily production targets *2. Quality Control* - Check products for defects - Make sure products meet company standards - Report any faulty products or machines *3. Safety & Cleanliness* - Follow all safety rules - wear PPE (helmet, gloves, boots, etc.) - Keep your workstation clean and organized - Report any accident or hazard immediately *4. Teamwork & Reporting* - Work with supervisors and other workers - Follow instructions from line leader / supervisor - Keep records of production, materials used, etc. *5. Maintenance* - Do basic cleaning and maintenance of machines - Make sure materials are available at your station

1. Basic Requirements - Minimum: JHS / SHS / WASSCE - Must be 18 years and above - Physically fit and strong - able to stand for long hours and lift items - Able to work shifts, weekends, and overtime - Ghana Card and ability to pass medical screening - No criminal record 1. Skills Needed *Hard Skills:* - Machine operation - Product assembly & packaging - Quality checking - Basic reading and measuring (tape measure, scale, etc.) - Health & Safety knowledge *Soft Skills:* - Hardworking and punctual - Fast learner - Teamwork - Attention to detail - you don't miss mistakes - Ability to follow instructions - Time management - Good communication 1. What Employers Like Most in Ghana - Previous factory or warehouse experience (even if small) - Forklift / machine license is a plus - Basic computer knowledge is a plus

JHS / SHS certificate (some accept BECE) - 18 years and above - Physically fit - you will stand for long hours and lift crates - Can read and write basic English - Ghana Card - Willing to work shifts / weekends
