Responsibilities
Carry out daily production operations on the workshop production line according to production instructions. Complete assembly, processing, sorting, and other assigned production tasks on schedule. Strictly follow factory safety rules and operating procedures to ensure personal safety and product quality. Keep work station clean and tidy, maintain the workshop sanitation. Report equipment failure, abnormal product quality, and safety hazards to supervisor in a timely manner. Assist in material handling, finished‑goods stacking, and daily site house‑keeping. Finish other temporary work assigned by the workshop foreman.
Requirements & Skills
Previous factory or production workshop working experience is preferred. Hard‑working, able to follow work instructions and obey shift arrangements. Good physical condition, can adapt to factory production working hours. Basic oral English communication ability is an advantage. Must be punctual and responsible for daily job tasks. Candidates should be disciplined and ready to work as part of a production team.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum qualification is Senior High School certificate or equivalent; experienced candidates without formal high‑school certificate may also be considered.
