Facotry Workers Needed Urgently

Responsibilities of a Factory Hand – Mattress and Furniture Company * Assist in the production of mattresses and furniture. * Cut, measure, and prepare materials as instructed. * Assist with assembling furniture and mattress components. * Load, unload, and arrange raw materials and finished products. * Operate basic factory tools and machinery when authorized. * Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the factory. * Inspect products for quality and report defects. * Follow workplace safety rules and use protective equipment. * Pack, label, and prepare finished products for delivery. * Follow supervisors’ instructions and meet production targets.

Requirements for a Factory Hand * Minimum of basic education; WASSCE is an advantage. * Previous factory or production experience is an advantage. * Ability to perform physical tasks and lift materials. * Willingness to learn and follow instructions. * Ability to work shifts or overtime when required. * Must be physically fit and safety-conscious. Skills Required * Teamwork and cooperation. * Attention to detail. * Good time management. * Ability to follow instructions. * Basic measuring and cutting skills. * Ability to use simple tools and equipment. * Good communication skills. * Hardworking, disciplined, and reliable.
