Business Manager

1. Conduct on-site surveys for microgrid projects. Use appropriate tools to collect data on site dimensions, roof load capacity, orientation, shading conditions, and distribution transformer capacity. 2. Verify land ownership and land-use status, and identify potential risks related to grid connection, construction, geological conditions, and safety. 3. Take and archive on-site photographs, organize survey data, and prepare local project survey and assessment reports. 4. Coordinate with the technical team in China to conduct energy yield estimates and prepare preliminary system layout plans. 5. Develop potential customers in the local market and conduct business communication during site visits and surveys. 6. Establish and maintain a database of prospective customers, continuously follow up on customer interest, maintain long-term local customer relationships, and achieve preliminary customer development targets.

Bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates with a background in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred. Candidates who can independently communicate and provide interpretation or translation support will be given priority. Strong initiative in customer development, with good communication and negotiation skills. The candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling site surveys, business development, and administrative support simultaneously. A valid local driver’s licence is preferred. Relevant experience in PV site surveys, local customer development, or business coordination is preferred. Ability to communicate independently with companies, power utilities, and government authorities. Familiarity with Ghana’s business, electricity, and land-related policies is preferred.
