Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages safely, securely, and on time • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently • Provide timely delivery updates to dispatch or management • Handle all customer packages with care, respect, and professionalism • Keep assigned motorbike clean and in good working condition • Follow all SpeedyRyde safety rules and operational procedures

Requirements & Skills

• Valid Ghanaian rider’s license (Class A) • Strong knowledge of local roads and surrounding areas • Ability to use Google Maps or other navigation apps effectively • Responsible, disciplined, and punctual work attitude • Good communication skills with strong customer service ability

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• must possess a valid ghana card or any other recognized national id • minimum qualification: junior high school (jhs) graduate or higher • must be responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions strictly • basic communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with customers and team members
