Moving Loaders

1. Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and other customer items onto and off moving trucks. 2. Secure all items properly in the truck to prevent damage during transportation. 3. Carry heavy and bulky items up and down stairs, through hallways, and into customers’ new homes or offices. 4. Use moving tools and equipment (dollies, straps, blankets, etc.) efficiently to protect items and ease lifting. 5. Follow supervisor instructions and cooperate with team members during all phases of the move. 6. Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers on-site. 7. Perform pre- and post-move inspections to check for item damage and document any issues. 8. Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture when required. 9. Keep the work area and truck clean and organized throughout the move. 10. Follow safety procedures and company policies to prevent injury or accidents.

1. Must be physically fit and strong, capable of lifting and carrying heavy items repeatedly. 2. Previous experience in moving, loading, or general labor is an added advantage (but not mandatory). 3. Ability to work in a team and take instructions from supervisors and team leaders. 4. Good communication and customer service skills – must be polite and respectful to clients. 5. Punctual, reliable, and hardworking with a positive work attitude. 6. Must be willing to work long hours, weekends, and under all weather conditions if needed. 7. Basic knowledge of handling furniture, appliances, and fragile items carefully. 8. Must be honest and trustworthy – background checks may be conducted. 9. Ability to follow safety protocols and use moving equipment correctly. 10. Must live within or near the company’s operating area or be willing to commute.
