RIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
The rider is responsible for operating the motorcycle safely and obeying all road traffic laws. Riders must make the agreed weekly payment on time, keep the motorcycle clean, report any mechanical faults immediately, and carry out routine maintenance as instructed. They are responsible for fuel costs, traffic fines, and any damage caused by negligence. Riders must treat customers professionally, protect the company's property, avoid illegal activities, and use the motorcycle only for authorized work. They must maintain a valid motorcycle licence, work responsibly, and return the motorcycle upon request if they violate the agreement or fail to meet the contract terms.
