To use this digital kitchen scale:
Place the scale on a flat, stable surface. Ensure it is not wobbly for accurate measurements.
Turn on the scale. Press the On/Off button.
Select your desired unit of measurement. Use the "UNIT" button to switch between grams (g), ounces (oz), pounds (lb), or milliliters (ml).
Place the bowl on the scale.
Tare the scale. Press the "TARE" or "ZERO" button to reset the display to zero, eliminating the weight of the bowl.
Add your ingredients. Carefully add ingredients to the bowl until the display shows the desired weight.
Tare again if needed. If you're adding multiple ingredients, press "TARE" after each addition to zero out the scale and weigh the next ingredient accurately.
Clean the scale. After use, wipe down the scale with a damp cloth. Avoid immersing it in water
