Digital Marketer Intern

Responsibilities - Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other Shopwice social media platforms. - Design simple promotional graphics using Canva or similar tools. - Schedule and publish social media content consistently. - Assist with planning weekly and monthly content calendars. - Research social media trends, competitor campaigns and new content ideas. - Help set up and monitor Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. - Track basic campaign performance including reach, engagement, clicks, leads and sales. - Promote Shopwice products, offers, discounts and seasonal campaigns. - Work with the product, customer service and design teams on marketing campaigns. - Recommend ideas for increasing website traffic, social media followers and online sales. - Assist with basic email, WhatsApp and other digital marketing campaigns where required. - Prepare simple weekly reports on content and campaign performance. - Carry out other digital marketing marketing tasks

Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed an HND, diploma, degree, or professional qualification. - Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce and online advertising. - Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. - Comfortable using computer - Willingness to learn new marketing tools and techniques. - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Must be reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines. - Must be available to work from the Shopwice office where required. Should live around Adabraka, New town, Alajo, Kaneshie, Kokomle, Jamestown, Osu, Nima, Circle, not far from Adabraka Skills - Social media content creation - Copywriting and caption writing - Basic graphic design, canva - Creative thinking & Trend research - Basic digital advertising - Basic reporting and analytics Added Advantage - Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, Email marketing, E-commerce platforms

Currently pursuing or recently completed an HND, diploma, or degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, IT, Graphic Design, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and content creation. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp. Ability to use, or willingness to learn, tools such as Canva and CapCut. Creative thinking and ability to generate content and campaign ideas. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Basic computer and smartphone skills.
