Responsibilities
1. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
2. Clean and sanitize washrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
3. Empty waste bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
4. Clean windows, glass surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
5. Replenish consumables such as soap, tissue, and hand sanitizer where required.
6. Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
7. Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors.
8. Follow all company health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
9. Represent the company professionally while on client premises.
Requirements & Skills
1. Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Punctual and able to work with minimal supervision.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness to work at different client locations when assigned.
8. Previous professional cleaning experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
1. Minimum of WASSCE, BECE, or equivalent.
2. Ability to read and understand basic English instructions.
