Responsibilities
Health Monitoring: Daily tracking of blood pressure, glucose, and vitals.
Medication Management: Ensuring strict adherence to prescription schedules.
Mobility & Safety: Assisting with movement, exercise, and fall prevention.
Daily Reporting: Sending digital health logs and updates to the family in the UK.
Travel Companion: Accompanying the client on day trips and ensuring medical safety during transit.
Collaboration: Working respectfully with the existing household helper.
Requirements & Skills
Clinical skills: proficient in geriatric care, vital sign monitoring, and first aid.
Soft skills: exceptional patience, integrity, and respect for elderly traditions.
Communication: must be fluent in english. Ability to speak fante, twi, or ga is highly preferred.
Tech savvy: comfortable using whatsapp for professional reporting and working in a monitored environment.
Attributes: punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution. Recently completed graduates awaiting national service or licensing (pin/ain) are also encouraged to apply.

Professional Home Care Opportunity for Experienced Nursing Graduates
We are seeking a compassionate and disciplined Graduate Nurse to provide one-on-one care for an elderly lady. This is a private residential role based initially in Accra.
You will be responsible for clinical monitoring, medication management, companionship, preparation of all meals, cleaning and accompanying the client on local and regional trips. You will work alongside a senior household companion. This is an excellent opportunity for a experienced qualified nurse to gain high-level private healthcare experience.
Note: The household uses remote safety monitoring (CCTV) in common areas to ensure patient safety and protocol adherence.
