The SB10D rice mill is a machine that husks and mills paddy to produce white rice: Paddy enters the mill The paddy enters the mill through a vibrating sieve and magnet device to remove large impurities. Husking The paddy is then passed through rubber rollers that rotate in opposite directions to husk it. Milling The brown rice is fed into the milling chamber where it is milled into white rice using a milling roller and hexagonal screen. Separating The husks, immature grains, and brown rice are separated by an aspirator. The husks and immature grains are discharged from the machine, while the brown rice is fed into the milling chamber. Output The white rice is expelled from the machine.
