Motor Riders Needed

Daily operation of the motorcycle Safe and responsible riding Taking proper care of the motorcycle Weekly payment according to the agreed work-and-pay terms

Requirements * Valid Ghanaian motorcycle riding licence * Previous riding experience * Must be physically fit and responsible * Valid national ID * Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance * Must be willing to work under a work-and-pay arrangement * Must provide a guarantor or emergency contact, if required * Must be willing to follow company rules and safety procedures Skills * Excellent motorcycle riding skills * Good knowledge of roads and routes * Good time-management skills * Basic motorcycle troubleshooting and maintenance * Good communication and customer-service skills * Good judgment and road-safety awareness * Honesty, discipline and reliability * Ability to work independently and meet daily targets

* Minimum BECE/JHS education. * Must be 18 years or above. * Must possess a valid Ghana motorcycle riding licence. * At least 1 year of riding experience preferred. * Must have a valid Ghana Card or other accepted ID. * Basic ability to read and communicate in English. * Must be physically fit and able to ride for extended periods. * Must have a responsible and trustworthy character. * Previous commercial riding/delivery experience is an advantage.
