Hiring Delivery Drivers (Contractor)

Responsibilities — delivery driver Deliver heavy items — fridges, freezers, tvs, furniture, office equipment, industrial parts, washing machines, beds, mattresses, sofas, and bulk items. Loading and unloading — safely lift, move, load, and unload all assigned items. Vehicle operation — drive vehicle responsibly and follow all road safety rules. Customer interaction — maintain professionalism when dealing with clients at pickup and delivery points. Route management — navigate efficiently across greater accra using maps or known routes. Job updates — communicate via whatsapp, share live location, and follow dispatch instructions. Item protection — ensure all goods are properly secured to prevent damage during transport.

Valid driver’s license — must match the vehicle class (motorbike, tricycle, van, pickup, box truck). Working vehicle — must own or have access to a reliable delivery vehicle. A hand truck - must own or have access to a dependable hand truck/ trolley for moving heavy items. Basic education — jhs/shs level is acceptable. Physical strength — able to lift and move heavy items safely (fridges, furniture, tvs, etc.). Professional attitude — respectful, punctual, and customer‑friendly. Navigation ability — must know or be able to learn routes across greater accra. Whatsapp communication — required for dispatch, location sharing, and job updates. Momo number — needed for payouts. Independent work ability — must be able to work without supervision and follow instructions accurately.
