Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from BYB and from our business customers, and deliver them to customers across Accra the same day.
- Follow the delivery route and order assigned in the BYB rider app.
- Update each delivery in the app (picked up, on the way, delivered) and keep the phone GPS on during the shift.
- Handle parcels with care and hand them over politely to the right person.
- Collect and account for payments where a delivery requires it.
- Take good care of the company motorbike and report any fault or incident immediately.
- Be on time for every shift, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
Requirements & Skills
- At least 1 year of experience riding a motorbike for delivery or dispatch work.
- Valid motorbike riding licence (Class A).
- Good knowledge of Accra roads and areas.
- Smartphone skills: comfortable using apps and GPS navigation.
- Honest, punctual and respectful to customers.
- Safe rider: helmet always, obeys traffic rules.
- Ghana Card required. A guarantor will be needed.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Basic education (JHS or SHS). Able to read and write English well enough to use the rider app and read addresses. Valid motorbike riding licence.

BYB Delivery is hiring full-time delivery riders in Accra.
This is a SALARIED job, not work-and-pay: every month, plus a performance bonus for deliveries above target. You get paid your salary even on slow days.
BYB provides the motorbike. You ride Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, delivering parcels for online shops and businesses across Accra, with every delivery organised in the BYB rider app.
