They also are a very intimidating looking breed. However Rotts are heavy and are strong-willed minded, requiring a confident owner. They also bark a lot. My advise is to go check the puppy first. Make sure it is the same as advertised and see both parents of the puppies. You don't want an uncontrollably aggressive dog, so find a kennel that doesn't keep their dogs locked in kennels for 23hrs a day.
