Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
* Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
* Maintain good relationships with customers.
* Provide guidance and support to sales representatives.
Requirements & Skills
* University degree in Chinese Language or a related field.
* Good command of Chinese and English.
* Previous sales or team management experience is preferred.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language; University of Ghana graduates preferred.
