- Provide admin support and support client follow-ups

Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Minimum WASSCE / SHS / Diploma / Degree - any field
- Must be based in Ghana
- Must have smartphone/laptop and stable internet
- Must be available for virtual training starting 13th Oct 2026
- Passion for mental wellness & conflict consulting is key
- Psychology / Social Work / Counseling background is an added advantage but NOT required

CNC Clarity & Conflict Consulting is recruiting volunteers to train on the job. This is an UNPAID volunteer role but you get FREE 6-month Practitioner Training + Certification.
Role 1 - Admin Support: Handle enquiries, calls, emails, WhatsApp and forward to lead consultant.
Role 2 - Social Media: Manage WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, content creation, podcast & workshop support.
