CooksPilot is hiring an Inventory & Restaurant Operations Supervisor in Accra.
We are looking for a disciplined, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual to supervise inventory and operational activities across our restaurant clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting weekly inventory visits
• Monitoring daily stock activities
• Verifying physical stock against system records
• Identifying shortages and variances
• Reviewing deleted orders, discounts, and suspicious transactions
• Preparing inventory and operational reports
• Assisting restaurant staff with inventory procedures
• Reporting operational issues to management
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• Honest and professional character
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in inventory management, restaurants, retail, or auditing is an advantage
• Ability to move around Accra efficiently.
