E-Commerce Store Manager

I'm looking for an experienced and motivated E-commerce Store Manager to take responsibility for managing and growing my online store, Obermart.com, built with WordPress/WooCommerce. Payment: $20 fixed weekly payment plus 15% commission on net profit from every completed order, after deducting product costs, shipping, advertising, payment processing fees, refunds and other agreed expenses. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain WordPress/WooCommerce - Fix technical issues, errors and website problems - Manage Elementor, WoodMart, plugins and integrations - Improve website speed, security and performance - Manage checkout, payments and shipping - Research profitable and trending products - Add and optimize product listings, pricing and images - Manage SEO and increase organic traffic - Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media - Create content and manage advertising campaigns - Develop strategies to increase traffic and sales - Monitor performance and identify growth
