Responsibilities
• Welcome and check in guests politely • Handle guest check-out and process payments • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries • Manage room bookings and reservations • Provide information about hotel services and facilities • Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly • Maintain accurate guest records and documents • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments • Ensure the front desk area is neat and organized • Handle cash, POS, and billing transactions • Ensure guest satisfaction and a positive first impression
Requirements & Skills
Minimum education: SHS certificate or equivalent • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk (preferred) • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays • Neat appearance and good personal hygiene • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, bookings systems) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Friendly and professional attitude • Ability to handle guests’ complaints calmly • Good organizational and multitasking skills • Time management skills • Attention to detail • Ability to work well under pressure
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• minimum education: shs certificate or equivalent • ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in english • basic computer knowledge (typing, emails, simple systems) • good customer service attitude • neat appearance and professional behavior • willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays • national id (ghana card)
