• Identify and approach prospective schools (public/private) and decision makers
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and digital outreach
• Present/demo SmartSchs to school owners, heads, administrators, and PTA groups
• Convert leads to sign-ups and support activation/onboarding
• Promote campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, email, and community channels
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups (CRM/Google Sheets)
• Support events, school meetings, exhibitions, and product activations
• Provide market feedback to improve messaging, offers, and product adoption
• Meet weekly targets (leads, demos, conversions) and submit performance reports
